I hate the "Results Not Typical" d...LOL! I hate the "Results Not Typical" disclaimers all diets post. WTF?! So, what they're really saying is, Valerie Bertinelli not only did their Weight Watchers plan to lose her weight; she also had the personal trainers and the personal chefs and the personal effing massage therapists to sooth away every muscle cramp and leg spasm, right? She had everything to lose, because she's the Poster Girl for WW, so she probably poses in public with her bottle of Smart Water but in private she's slamming Cokes like the rest of us. Then her personal trainer peels those Cokes off of her one way or another. (Damn, I'm such a cynic these days...) <br /><br />But seriously...<br /><br />I'd like to try WW. My Mom has done it. My sister might have; not sure. But doesn't it take time to learn the "WW Way?" The points system - how long did that take you to really have it "down?" I have zero free minutes of time at present. I am not sure I'd be able to learn anything new while the dishes go unwashed and the laundry goes undone and the baby goes unbathed. But I will go to the WW website and check it out asap; see what there is to see... Their points program is pret...Try Weight Watchers. Their points program is pretty good. A lot easier than calories and it has cheating built in to the program. The food isn't hard to follow at all.
