Tuesday, 9/21/10:

WEIGHT before eating today:  158.0

Daily Calorie Goal:  1200 or less.
Calories eaten today:  1325  (Must do better.) 

Exercise today:  1 hour on treadmill

Skipped the coffee today - NO gut-ache!  Avoided creamers & dips completely; didn't miss them.  Trudged through my treadmill time at a snail's pace; my speed was only 2.0 m.p.h.  But it's a start!  It feels good to be moving, no matter how slowly...
